DFHRS - Rheinland-Pfalz 2002 and 2006

The computation of the 1cm DFHRS database for Rheinland-Pfalz was performed in 2002 by IAF/HSKA in commission of the Landesamt für Vermessung und Geobasisinformation Rheinland-Pflaz (LVermGeo), Koblenz as NN-HRS, and in 2006 as QGeoid related to the new normal heights. 2538 identical points (B,L,h|H) were introduced into the adjustment togehter with EGG97 QGeoid observations according to the DFHRS approach stage 1 (2a-2f).

The number of (5 km x 5 km) meshes is 1138 with a mesh-polynomial degree 3. In order to reduce the long-waved deflections of the EGG97 shape 25 Q-Geoid-patches with individual datum parameters were introduced (fig. 1).

The computation was done with DFHRS software version 4.

The statistics of the reproduction values (see quality control) shows again the 1 cm characteristics of the DFHRS database of Rheinland-Pfalz (fig. 2)
